High School girls, grades 9-12, attend
weekly Girl TECH CORPS after-school sessions during the
school year. During the summer they may attend a two week
workshop, Connect2IT, or participate in internships created
by mentors from local industry. The GTC 3.0 curriculum is
designed to refine key marketable tech skills and encourage
participants to consider computing majors in college.

College undergraduate women apply for
employment in TWiCE. TWiCE members may select from a
variety of pipeline support projects, from curriculum
development to technical support. Involvement in community
service helps them to see the social and economic value of
their skills, while the organization of the group provides
scholastic support and a personal/professional support
network. They also serve as role models in their
communities, breaking the inaccurate stereotypes of asocial,
introverted, or isolated computer scientists
